​Michael Patrick Small serves as the Adecco Group’s US Country President and is part of a company known for delivering staffing solutions to clients across the staffing and consulting industry. Mike Small was senior vice president and global sales and marketing officer with CapGemini for three years. He doubled the firm’s business process outsourcing (BPO) footprint and managed the full range of sales and account activities. One of his key accomplishments was designing and implementing a cross-business initiative that unified various capabilities within an integrated BPO-as-a-stack (BPaaS) solution. Cultivating strong relationships with advisors, analysts, and clients, he also supported women in IT and diversity initiatives throughout the company.

Mr. Small serves on the board of the Expect Miracles Foundation and helps raise capital toward cancer research. Family focused, he enjoys activities such as strength training, yoga, and meditation in his free time.
